Accurate Home & Termite Inspections is happy to assist home buyers during this challenging real estate market. We offer an Inspection with a very convenient twist; it’s 2 services for the price of 1 deal!
Say you’re interested in a home but need the expert input of a professional inspector before you make an offer…. And FAST! This service offers a 2-step approach. Call us and we’ll meet you at the home during your per-purchase walk-through to perform a Walk and Talk Consultation or our First Site Visit, and if you buy the home, we’ll be back to complete a comprehensive Home Inspection! A detailed home inspection report is generated after our Second Site Visit.
You only pay one Inspection fee which is split across both services offering more value to you!
How It Works
Upon request, an Inspection Fee is determined, the First Site Visit is scheduled prior to purchase, our Consultation Agreement is completed by the client and 35% of the Inspection Fee is collected during the First Site Visit.
But we’re not done! Our Second Site Visit after the home purchase completes the process and a Home Inspection is performed, and a Report is created and distributed to the Client. Our Home Inspection Agreement is completed by the client and the remaining 65% of the Inspection Fee is due at the time of our Second Site Visit.
2 Services performed for the price of one!
Hopefully our First Site Visit will give our client the confidence to move forward. Should the client decide not to complete the entire Inspection process (Second Site Visit), for whatever reason, no hard feelings! Since a Home Inspection was not performed, an Inspection Report will not be provided.
